This Privacy Policy explains how Jerovia LLC ("we"), owner of the Healthy Plate Club brand, collects and uses personal information when you visit this website or buy from us.

What we collect

Order details: name, email address, country, products purchased, amount paid, and order date.
Payment details: processed directly by our payment providers. We receive only limited information (for example, the last four digits of your card and the payment status).
Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and the ad or link that brought you here, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
Messages: anything you send to creatusaborhoy@gmail.com.

How we use it

To process your order and send you your products and receipts.
To provide customer support and handle refunds.
To prevent fraud and keep our checkout secure.
To measure and improve our ads and website (for example, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API tell Meta that a purchase happened so our ads reach relevant people).
To send you emails about recipes and offers if you bought from us or subscribed. You can unsubscribe with one click from any email.

Who we share it with. We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store: our e-commerce platform, our payment processors (Shopify Payments and PayPal), our email and hosting providers, and advertising and analytics partners (Meta). Sharing data with advertising partners for targeted ads may count as "sharing" under some US state laws (such as California's). You can opt out by emailing us with the subject "Do Not Share" or by using your browser's Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor.

Your rights. Depending on where you live (for example, California and other US states, Canada, Australia or New Zealand), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Retention. We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

International transfers. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We use providers that protect your data with appropriate safeguards.

Children. Our products are not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features (like checkout) may not work without them.
