Refund Policy

We want you to love your recipes. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

1. Email creatusaborhoy@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase.

2. Include the email address you used at checkout and your order number (it's in your confirmation email).

3. That's it. No forms and no need to explain why.

What happens next. We confirm your refund within 2 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method; depending on your bank or payment provider (including buy now, pay later services), it can take 5 to 10 business days to show up. Once refunded, your license to use the product ends, and we ask you to delete the files.

Add-ons and one-click offers. Each product in your order (main product, add-ons and post-purchase offers) is covered by the same 14-day guarantee and can be refunded on its own.

After 14 days. We can't offer refunds after 14 days, except where the law requires it. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer laws that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
