These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the digital products sold on this website under the Healthy Plate Club brand. Healthy Plate Club is a brand of Jerovia LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our products. We sell digital cookbooks and guides (ebooks) delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped. Product descriptions, recipe counts and bonus contents are listed on each product page.

2. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include any discount shown on the page. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. Some payment options (for example, buy now, pay later) are offered by third parties and are subject to their own terms and availability in your country.

3. Delivery. After your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with your access link, usually within a few minutes. If it doesn't arrive within one hour, check your spam folder and then contact creatusaborhoy@gmail.com.

4. License. When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read and print it for your own household use. You may not resell, share, publish, upload, or distribute the files or their contents, in whole or in part, or use them for commercial purposes.

5. Health information. Our content is educational and is not medical, nutritional or dietary advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, take medication, have food allergies, or have a medical condition. Always check ingredient labels for allergens.

6. Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (14-day money-back guarantee).

7. Intellectual property. All text, recipes, images, designs and trademarks on this website and in our products belong to Jerovia LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

9. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer laws of your country or province require otherwise.
